Entrance into the hallway leading to a very large living room with bay window and French windows leading to
patio area. LCD TV, DVD & video. The living room has an open fire with option of electric fire for the summer months.

The property has a spacious fitted kitchen diner with additional LCD television. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer which has a back door leading to tarmac drive. A double garage has ample space for anyone with bicycles.

Three spacious bedrooms the master bedroom has a beautiful antique French bed with pocket sprung mattress and en-suite with bath, separate shower, WC, wash hand basin, shaver point.

In the two other bedrooms, there is the choice of zip and link to create a super king size or two singles beds, again with the same quality pocket sprung mattresses.

The family bathroom is a wet room with power shower, WC, wash hand basin and shaver point.
Enclosed garden to the front and sides with furniture. Barbecue. Ample private parking.
The property is heated with oil-fired central heating and open fire.

There is a children's swing and see-saw set in the garden.
