Welcome to Longridge Farm Cottages the ideal place to spend a relaxing and comfortable break near Berwick-upon-Tweed. Set on our working family farm in rolling Northumbrian countryside West Longridge is centrally located for a host of activities. Just 4 miles west of the historic market town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, the charming stone built cottages, have been decorated and furnished to high standards with particular attention paid to the design and furnishings, resulting in very attractive accommodation in this beautiful area. A warm welcome is assured, with afternoon tea provided on arrival.

The cottages enjoy panoramic views of the Cheviot Hills, and acres of beautiful countryside. They are open all year and even out of season are the ideal winter and early season retreat with their open fires and cosy soft furnishings. Adults and children alike will be fascinated by the pet llamas - Rowan and Mika. The friendly working collies are ever welcoming and George the rooster will sound your early morning call.

The cottages are ideally situated for enjoying the Northumberland coast, Holy and Farne Islands, Cheviot Hills and the Scottish Borders, with the advantage of being just one hours' drive from both Edinburgh and Newcastle.

Our mission is to provide Comfort and Cleanliness, which we make our priority. Each house is supplied with bed linen and each bed has a duvet and two pillows per person. Towels (1 bath and 1 hand per person booked - guests are requested to bring their own beach towels), tea towels, dish-cloths, dusters, a starter set of toilet rolls and cleaning agents are provided. The fuel is provided for the open fire and every house has a fuel allocation. We consider this a fair way of pricing - you the customer, are getting the best price possible and not subsiding other weeks.

There is a children's play area incorporating, swings, slides and playhouse. We request that children are supervised whilst using this area.

General Information.

• Bed linen is supplied in every cottage and consists of a duvet and two pillows per person.
