Ground Floor: Entrance via stable door into hallway. Living room with cast iron open fire with the option of an electric fire for the summer months, colour LCD TV & DVD, CD / Radio. The kitchen has a modern fitted kitchen with an electric full size cooker, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/drier, dining table and chairs. The kitchen opens onto patio at front with enclosed garden and picturesque views of rolling countryside. The fitted Bathroom has an electric shower over the bath, WC and wash hand basin and shaver point.

First Floor: Bedroom 1, wrought-iron double bed with luxury pocket sprung mattress.
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds. Both rooms are tastefully furnished in pine and attractively painted and stenciled. Heating is by storage heaters and open fire. TV & Video.
